MEET YOUR THERAPIST

Channing Stewart, PT, DPT

Channing is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and trained STOTT Pilates instructor. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and movement-based care to every session, treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Her approach is shaped by her own journey: three ACL injuries and rehabilitations, years of collegiate volleyball, a background in inpatient neuro rehab, and a deep love for helping people move without pain or limitation.

Every session is fully one-on-one, unhurried, and built around you: your body, your goals, your timeline. No insurance-driven time constraints. No shared appointments. Just focused, personalized care.

MORE ABOUT CHANNING

MY APPROACH

What Makes Onward Different

Most PT clinics run on high volume. You see a therapist for 10 minutes, then get handed off to an aide. At Onward, you get Channing for your entire session, every time.

As a cash-based practice, Onward isn't bound by insurance-driven time limits or treatment restrictions. That means longer sessions, focused attention, and a treatment plan built around what you actually need, not what an insurance company approves.

Channing blends evidence-based rehabilitation with her training in STOTT Pilates, her athletic background, and years of working with both orthopedic and neurological patients. The result is care that's thorough, personalized, and Spirit-led.
